RankCow Pricing (2026): One Plan at $99 per Month, Explained

RankCow costs $99 per month. There is one plan, billed month to month, with 100 credits refreshed every month. Lead discovery and buying-intent scoring are unlimited and never use credits; a credit is spent only when RankCow drafts a reply or a direct message, at 0.1 credits per draft, so 100 credits covers up to 1,000 drafts a month. There is a free trial that requires a card to start, and you can cancel any time.

Updated September 16, 2026. Prices checked on each tool's pricing page in September 2026.

We are the RankCow team, and this is the plain version of how our pricing works, with the exact numbers, the credit math, and a couple of worked examples. RankCow monitors the subreddits you pick around the clock, scores every post by buying intent, and automatically sends replies and DMs to the buyers it finds, written from what those people actually wrote. This page answers the one question people ask most: how much does it cost, and what do you get for it.

What is included in the $99 plan?

Everything is in one plan. There are no tiers, no add-ons, and no per-feature upsells. For $99 a month you get:

  • Unlimited discovery across the subreddits you pick. Watch as many communities as you want; finding threads never costs a credit.

  • A buying-intent score on every flagged post, so you spend attention on people who are close to buying instead of skimming everything by hand.

  • 100 credits a month, refreshed every month.

  • Replies and DMs written in your voice, built from what the poster actually wrote, and sent for you.

  • Sending from RankCow's own accounts, or from your own Reddit account through the RankCow Companion browser extension in the Chrome Web Store.

  • Subreddit rule checks, karma gates, and account-age gates before anything goes out.

  • Pacing controls and daily caps, so activity looks human and stays within limits you set.

  • Autopilot, which sends replies and DMs within your daily caps without you sitting in the dashboard.

  • Premium support.

The plan is built for small teams. RankCow is made for B2B SaaS, developer tools, fintech, HR software, and analytics startups with one to five person teams. If that is you, the full price and feature list live on the RankCow pricing page.

Rule of thumb: the parts that scale (watching subreddits and scoring posts) are free and unlimited. You only spend credits on the part that takes real work: writing the message.

What is a credit and what does it cost?

A credit is what RankCow spends when it drafts a message. Finding and scoring threads is free. Sending costs nothing beyond the draft. Here is the whole model in one table.

Nothing beyond the draft

Because each draft is 0.1 credits, 100 credits equals up to 1,000 drafts a month. That is the number to keep in your head. Whether unused credits roll over is not a stated policy, so contact support if that matters to your billing.

What does 100 credits get you in practice?

Most teams never come close to using all 100 credits. Work an example.

Say a team replies to three to five threads a day and sends a DM on some of them. Over a month that is roughly 100 to 200 replies and DMs drafted. At 0.1 credits per draft, that is only 10 to 20 credits, well inside the 100 you get. You could roughly quintuple that volume and still not run out.

The practical limit is not credits. It is the number of genuinely good, high-intent threads your niche produces and the daily caps you set to keep activity safe. For most one to five person teams doing focused B2B SaaS lead generation, credits are the part of the plan you stop thinking about.

What is RankCow's cost per lead?

Here is honest arithmetic, clearly labeled as an illustration and not a promise. We do not claim a conversion rate, and your niche will differ.

Take the $99 plan and assume you send 150 replies and DMs in a month (a typical pace for a small team). That works out to about 66 cents per conversation started. Even at a heavier 300 sent messages, you are near 33 cents each. Those are the costs of starting a conversation with someone who already raised their hand, not the cost of a closed deal.

Compare that with paid Reddit clicks. Industry write-ups put Reddit ad clicks in a wide range in 2026. One 2026 guide reports Reddit CPCs of roughly $0.50 to $4.00 per click with a $5 minimum daily budget, and another puts the median around $1.25 to $1.85 per click.

We are not going to invent a cost-per-click for you to paste into a deck. Check Reddit's own ads pages for current auction pricing, because a click is not a conversation, and a paid click still leaves you to write the reply. With RankCow, the reply and the DM are part of the price. If you want the paid-versus-organic math in more depth, the numbers behind what Reddit ads actually cost are worth reading before you set a budget.

Rule of thumb: a paid click buys you a visitor. A RankCow credit buys you a written, sent message to someone who already described the problem you solve.

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is no free plan. There is a free trial of the full product, and a card is required to start it. You can cancel any time from your account page.

So the honest summary: if you want to try RankCow, you can, at no charge, with the whole feature set. You just add a card first, and you keep control of when it ends.

Do unused credits roll over?

Rollover is not a stated policy. If your usage swings month to month and rollover matters to you, contact support and ask before you count on it.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Discovery and scoring keep running. You do not go blind on new leads. What pauses is new drafting: fresh replies and DMs wait for your monthly credit refresh. If you are hitting the cap regularly and need more headroom, contact support and we will talk through options. In practice, as the worked examples above show, most teams are nowhere near 1,000 drafts a month.

RankCow costs more than the alert tools because it does the work after the alert. F5Bot, Syften, and Buska send you a notification; RankCow scores the post, writes the message in your voice, and sends it. The cheaper tools do a narrower job for less. The enterprise listeners do a wider job for more. RankCow is the cheapest per lead actually worked, because the others hand the reply back to you and your time is not free. A side-by-side sits on the RankCow compare page, and there is a broader roundup in our guide to the best Reddit lead generation tools.

Is RankCow worth $99 a month?

Yes, if you want leads from Reddit this month and you have one to five people to act on them. The plan pays for itself the moment a single worked conversation turns into a customer, and the threads RankCow answers keep ranking on Google and get quoted in AI answers, so one reply can keep sending traffic long after that first lead closes.

No, if all you want is keyword alerts, or if you need multi-platform social listening across the whole internet. In those cases a cheaper alert tool or a broader listening suite fits better. RankCow is narrow on purpose: it turns Reddit buying intent into sent messages, and it is priced for that job.

Frequently asked questions

How much does RankCow cost?

RankCow costs $99 per month. There is one plan, billed month to month, with no tiers or add-ons. It includes unlimited lead discovery, buying-intent scoring on every flagged post, 100 credits a month for drafting replies and DMs, sending, safety controls, Autopilot, and premium support. You can cancel any time from your account page.

Does RankCow have a free plan?

No. There is no free plan. RankCow has one paid plan at $99 per month and a free trial of the full product. The trial requires a card to start, and you can cancel any time before or after it ends. If you only want free keyword alerts, a tool like F5Bot does that, but it sends alerts, not sent replies.

Is a card required for the RankCow trial?

Yes. The RankCow free trial requires a card to start. You get the complete product during the trial, running against real subreddits, at no charge, and you can cancel any time from your account page. The plan after the trial is $99 per month, billed month to month with no long-term commitment.

What does a RankCow credit cost?

A credit is spent only when RankCow drafts a reply or a DM, at 0.1 credits per draft. Finding and scoring threads is free and unlimited, and sending costs nothing beyond the draft. Your $99 plan includes 100 credits a month, refreshed every month, which covers up to 1,000 drafts a month.

How many replies can I send for $99?

Up to 1,000 drafted replies and DMs a month, because each draft costs 0.1 of your 100 monthly credits and sending is free. Most one to five person teams draft 100 to 200 messages a month, which is only 10 to 20 credits. In practice the limit is how many good high-intent threads your niche produces, not credits.

Can I cancel RankCow any time?

Yes. The $99 per month plan is billed month to month, and you can cancel any time from your account page. The same applies during the free trial, which you can end whenever you want after adding a card to start it.

Is RankCow cheaper than GummySearch was?

GummySearch closed on 30 November 2025, so there is no current price to compare. The bigger difference is scope: those tools surfaced threads and left the writing to you, while RankCow scores intent, drafts the message in your voice, and sends it for $99 per month. If you used GummySearch, our guide to GummySearch alternatives walks through the switch.

Does RankCow charge per seat?

No. RankCow is one flat plan at $99 per month. Pricing is not per seat and does not scale with headcount, which suits the one to five person teams it is built for. What you spend is set by drafting volume against your 100 monthly credits, not by how many people log in. Automated sending and DM handling are covered too, including Reddit DM automation.
